He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Cooper and Rosemary Cooper (Neilsen); and his sisters, Barbara Rowe and Rosemary Witham. He is survived by: his children, Stacy Luckey (Mark), Stephanie Pals (Bill), Steven Cooper, Emily Ward (Eddie) and Cameron Brown (Andrea); and his stepson Erik Welch. He is also survived by grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
