He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonny Young and Evelyn Young; his wife Alma Young; his son Charles William Mosley; his grandson Ray Martin Weaver; and his siblings, Juanita Mayton and Roma Partin.

He is survived by: his children, Donald Mosley (Mickey), Karen Witt (Gary) and Janet Dagen (Denny); his grandchildren, Butch Lathrop, Becky Meuvil, Randy Lathrop, Diane Mosley, Randy Mosley, Brent Mosley, Lisa Rosenthal, Daniel Weaver, Beth Miron, Kim Aue, Dennis Dagen Jr., Sandy Bakos and James Dagen; his daughter-in-law Geraldine Mosley; his nephew Bruce Partin; and his niece Janette Mayton. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
