He is survived by: his wife Irma Johnson; his children, Kirsten Johnson and Jared Johnson; his stepson Micro Gaërtner (Alexandra); his grandchildren, Dylan, Jack, Hannah and Lars; and his sisters, Marilyn Wikman and Barbara Seagren.
