It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia Plummer of Muskegon, Michigan, who passed away on July 18, 2020, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Thompson and Maria Quintero; and her siblings, Sheri L. Eller and James U. Thompson. She is survived by: her husband David Lee Plummer; her stepfather Miguel Quintero Sr.; her children, Andrew C. Raffaele (Cathy) and Raquel Raffaele (Mathew Ronning); her grandchildren, Chantley, Amanda, Katie, Kenneth, Jessica, Jonathan, Andrew, Arriana, Brandon and Cody; her great grandchildren, Kiyren, Keaton, Kilian, Isaias, Ylianna, Alexis, Ezren, Rosalie and Kyro; her siblings, Miguel Quintero (Nancy), Angie Kies (Lee), Amanda Blake (Tim), Rosa Mello (Joel) and Rick Quintero (Shelly); and her sister-in-law Tina Thompson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews along with her canine companion, Buddy.
