She is survived by: her children, Sandra Brodeur (Kevin), Jon Musk, Charles Musk and Tammy Hazekamp (Michael Beegle); her grandchildren, Neil Sladick (Abby), Chad Sladick, Autumn Brodeur, Skye Musk, Kristen Hazekamp, Nicole Hazekamp (Mark) and Tania Stratton (Ron); her great grandchildren, Sloan, Jacob, Hailey, O'Rion, Aubriella, Avreyon, Lily and Arrow; and her brother David Blush (April). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and many special friends.
