He is survived by: his parents, Dennica Swanson and Matthew Warner (Dawn); his wife Michelle Pouch; his children, Eleanor Pouch and Theodore Pouch; his grandparents, Cindy VanBlargan, Ron, Terri Pouch, LuAnn Mansfield, Albert and Connie Warner; his great-grandparents, Jim, Betty Risden and Jay VanBlargan; his sisters, Samantha Swanson, Cassidy VanBlargan and Selina Hunter (Austin); his uncles, Luke Pouch (Angela), Will Parker and Jake VanBlargan; and his aunt Kimberly Pider (Dwayne).
