He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Goodwin and Clyde Goodwin; and his brother William Goodwin. He is survived by: his wife Carol Goodwin; his children, Shelly Ann Woodworth (Shawn) and Matthew Goodwin; and his grandchildren, Avery Goodwin, Dylan Goodwin and Reagan Woodworth. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
