He is survived by: his wife Lori Morgan; his daughter Allison Morgan; his stepson Daniel Nutter; his grandchildren, Dakota and Davin Nutter; his sister Brooke Kunkel (Rick); his parents-in-law, Calvin and Barbara Morehouse; and his siblings-in-law, Valerie Wierengo (Don), Diane Howell (Ron) and Tim Loss. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
