He is survived by: his parents, Christine Harrell and Thomas Harrell; his parents-in-law, John and Jodie Zayaz; his wife Julie Anne Harrell; his children, Isabella Rose Harrell, Isaac Xavier Harrell, Jamaliana Christina Harrell, Kayla Anne Harrell and Charles Anthoney Harrell; his brother Gary Glenn; his siblings-in-law, Jessica Zayaz, Jeane Carefelle and Joseph Zayaz (Katie); and his grandmother Helen Zayaz. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
