He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Wesley Carson Sr. and Mildred Mae Williams (Barnum). He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his sons, Tom Carson (Judy) and Bill Carson (Sharon); and his grandchildren, Mike Carson (Peggy), Steve Carson (Lisa), Dave Carson, Brian Carson, Yvonne Brown (Kurt), Jennifer Woodman and Teresa Eriksen (Jim). He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren and a newborn great-great-granddaughter.
