He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Smith and Lois Smith (Huston); his spouse Garnet Keech; his stepchildren, Christopher LaFrance, Traci DeBarr (Gabe) and Jaclyn Wilburn (Jonathon); his grandchildren, Vanessa, Devin, Alea and James; his great grandchildren, Viviannah, Emilia and Noah; and his siblings, Mary Troyer (Stephen), Kim Wahr (Michael), Kenneth Smith (Margaret Roundhouse), Robert Smith, Janet and Walter. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
