He is survived by: his wife Ellen Lewis; his son Michael Lewis (Debra); and his grandchildren, Jennifer Lewis, Michael Hill (Kiri), Stacy Lewis and Heather Trujillo (Patrick). He is also survived by 16 Great-grandchildren; 5 Great-great-grandchildren.
