He was predeceased by: his sisters, Patricia Carney (Darrell) and Kathy Allsop (Steven); and his son Victor Scott Westbrook. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his son Thomas Westbrook (Chaya); his daughter-in-law Tina Jahn (Paul Grisham); his grandchildren, Bethany Westbrook, Casey Westbrook, Jessica Westbrook and Jamie Westbrook; his great grandchildren, Daniel Cooper Jr., Lonnie Westbrook and Victor Scott Westbrook II; his siblings-in-law, Patty, Butch Conard and Ronnie Ver Hulst (Letta); and his cousins, David Drake and Kenny Clark. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
