She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Smith and Helen Demaree Smith; her husband Donald Lee Denning; her son Michael Lee Denning; and her grandson Levi Denning.
She is survived by: her close friend Larry Edison of Muskegon; and her children, Dianna Mead (George) of South Bend and Darrell Denning of Arvada, Colorado. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Carolyn's memory to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
