She was predeceased by: her parents, John C. Klein and Clara Klein (Beuerle); and her husband Otis M. "Jack" McIntosh. She is survived by: her children, Thomas McIntosh (JoAnna), Nancy Stevens, Mary Schwing (Paul) and Theresa Stark (Stephen); her grandchildren, Kelly Evans (Milton), Nathaniel Stevens, Aron Jo McIntosh, Andrew McIntosh, Jack Stark (Jasmine), Erica Stark and Adam Stark (Hannah); and her great grandchildren, Clara, Sadie, Mimi, Mihkol, James and Elodie.
Memorial Contributions in lieu of flowers may be directed to the Alzheimer's Association.
