We are sad to announce that on October 24, 2019, at the age of 76, Carol Kelsey (Muskegon, Michigan) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul and Grace Carey Sr. (McClellan). She is survived by: her husband Joseph Kelsey; her children, Brenda Kelsey (Bruce) of Muskegon and Joseph Kelsey Jr. of Muskegon; and her granddaughters, Angela and Jessica Kelsey. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
