With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carl Roger Current of Muskegon, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 19, 2025 at the age of 90. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Current and Violet Current (Winters); his wife Ruth DeMoor; his daughter Diane Yakes (Current); and his brother Don.
He is survived by: his daughter Judy Fisk (Jerry); and his siblings, Sharron Tanner (Dave), Gary Current (Betty) and Joan Erikson (late Robert Erikson). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Harris Funeral Home (267 N Michigan Ave, Shelby, MI 49455). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
