He was predeceased by: his mother Karen Hogendyk (McLaughlin); and his son Justin Boles. He is survived by: his father Joseph Hogendyk; his children, Meigha Hogendyk of Fremont, MI and Zackery Hogendyk of Muskegon, MI; his stepmother Victoria Hogendyk of Grand Rapids, MI; his sister Cheryl Hogendyk of Traverse City, MI; and his girlfriend Tina Ingersoll of Muskegon. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.
