He is survived by: his parents, Carole and David (Chris); his sister Jean Reif (Jarod); his stepbrother Jeremy Sturm; his brother-in-law Marc VanderStelt; his nephews, William, Benjamin and Kayleigh; his grandmother Mildred Douglas; his uncles, Rosemary Quartermaine (Lynn), Donna Alm (Grant), Robert Harken (Donna), James Harken (Ann) and Tom Harken (Sophie); his friend Greg Weaver; and also Matthew.
