He was predeceased by: his father Robert England; and his brother Robert England. He is survived by: his mother Beverly England (Sterritt); his children, Lacy Olson (Anthony Muston) and Dave England (Shelby Bowen); his grandchildren, Alexis Olson, Allison Olson, Kellan Olson and Carson Bowen; the mother of his children Lori England; his sister Cheryl Harrington; and his nephew Bob Harrington. He is also survived by many other family members and countless friends.
