He is survived by: his mother Lori Kerridge (Johnson); his sons, Isaiah Kerridge, Jamison Kerridge and Liam Foster; his sister Becky Kerridge (Ray Davis); his stepsisters, Tanya Schroeder, Heidi Potter and Heather Schulte (Chris); his nephews, Briella, Laila and Roman; his grandfather Lewis Johnson (Bonita); his aunts and uncles, Lisa Bleich, Kim Harz (Tad) and Kurt Johnson; and his former wife Brandy Bectel.
