She is survived by: her children, Karen O'Toole (Dennis), Rhonda Kay Nathan, Antoinette LeMieux (Dave), Tony Leonard (Sandy Morritt), Michelle Szot (John) and Willie Leonard (Wendy Kenney); her grandchildren, Brian Dutkiewicz (Molly), Lindsey Kuczmera (William), Justin Judd (Kelsie), Nicole Johnson (Ryan), Kattie Lemieux, Jacob LeMieux (Barb), Zac LeMieux (Susan Glynn), Joshua Leonard, Tom Leonard (Lauren) of Amy Keur, TJ, Toni Snyder (Troy), Kellie Rice (Aaron) and Ryan Leonard (Breanne); and her friends, Lucille Radke and Lila Leonard.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given in Billie's name towards a park bench at Pere Marquette Beach. Donations can be made out to the Muskegon Federal Credit Union (65 W. Laketon Ave. Muskegon, MI 49441) with Billie Leonard's name in the memo line.
