She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Vetter and Mildred Vetter (Lindback); her husband Frederick Hoffman; her former husband Bine Rollins; and her daughter Adonica Pritchard (Bob).
She is survived by: her children, Greg Hoffman (Jan), Marsha Korroch (Tom), Tom Hoffman (Cindy), Fred Hoffman, Kris Hoffman (Michelle) and Jeff Hoffman (Lynn Vanderson); her grandchildren, Emily Hoffman-Sperry (Dave), Eric Hoffman and Anthony Hoffman; her children, Jessica Martin (Brendan), Jill Burnworth (Jon), Kristopher Hoffman (Brittany), Elizabeth Hoffman, Jackson Hoffman, Jason Korroch, Andrew Hoffman, Brian Hoffman and Karen Hoffman; and her caregiver Dawn Gzym. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
