She was predeceased by: her parents, John Eddinger and Elizabeth Eddinger (Curtis); and her sisters, Freida, Lola, Alberta and Mary.
She is survived by: her husband Irwin Slack; and her daughter Heather. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
