Betty L. Proksa Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty L. Proksa (Muskegon, Michigan), who passed away on December 11, 2022 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Wagenmaker and Jeanette Wagenmaker (Pierce); her sister Joanne Vargo; her brother-in-law John Proksa; and her parents-in-law, John and Christine Proksa.

She is survived by: her husband Thomas J. Proksa; her children, Cynthia McCarl and Thomas E. Proksa; her grandchildren, Samantha McCarl, Cameron McCarl, Jessica McCarl, Zachary Proksa, Michael Proksa, Andrew Proksa and Adelle Proksa; her great grandchild Rowan Owczarzak; her siblings, Kay Beebe (Norm), James Wagenmaker (Carol), Harvey Wagenmaker (Judy) and Louis Wagenmaker; and her friends, Karlene Swiatek and Darlene Kroeze. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
