She is survived by: her husband Doug; her stepdaughters, Debra Piasecki of Grand Haven and Connie Smith (Robert) of Fruitport; her grandchildren, Carla Koopman (Travis), Curt Rouwhorst (Emily), Gregory Smith (Courtney) and Gary Smith (Jorri); and her great grandchildren, Alexis, Aubrey Rouwhorst, Niles Koopman, Addilyn and Amelia Smith.
