She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Sissell and Lily Sissell (McDowell); her husband Grahl Edward Harvey; and her siblings, Edward Sissell (Irene), Irma Adkins (Rufus), Iva Latsch (Lloyd), Violet Dunham (Shirley), Olive Latsch (John), Nora Simpkins (Tom) and Lora Young (Carroll).
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Eric Senf (Barbara) of Georgetown, Texas, Kerry O'Brien of Appleton, WI, Kathleen Moreno (Eric) of Rockwall, TX, Julie Roth (Paul) of Chicago, Mike Harvey (Carissa) of Brohman, MI and Kristen Harvey of St. Petersburg, FL.
Arrangements are being made by Clock Funeral Home, but because of restrictions due to COVID-19 a memorial service will be scheduled at a later time.
