He was predeceased by: his parents, William M. Hoxie and Mildred Hoxie (Wright); his wife Catherine Hoxie; his son David Hoxie; and his siblings, William Hoxie (Pat), Beverly Woller (Bill) and Marilyn Cowles.
He is survived by: his daughter Julie Henley (Scott); his grandchildren, Scott Henley II (Raine) and Shandi Henley; and his great grandchildren, Remedi, Bryson and Yorkton.
