He was predeceased by: his parents, Aaron Harrell and Marian Harrell (Nevins); and his wife Carol Hoover. He is survived by: his son David Harrell; his sisters, S. Patricia Reno and Janet Gustin (Carlton); and his siblings-in-law, Donna Dagen, Lorraine VanDyke, Doris St. Roup, Marilyn Bradfield and Wayne Hoover (Susan). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
