He is survived by: his parents, Ben Middlecamp of Egelston Township and Deb Middlecamp; his sister Kelly Murphy (Mike) of Muskegon; his nephew Michael Murphy (Maisie); his niece Ariel Murphy; and his partner Lindsay Hannah Weaver. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
