She was predeceased by: her parents, Max Guzikowski and Maryanne Guzikowski (Bukowski); her husband Eugene D. Kotecki; her daughter Janet McCallum; and her siblings, Edmund Guzikowski, Claude Guzikowski and Agrypine Powalisz.
She is survived by: her children, Marian Stefanich (Bob), Shirley Bray (Stan), Don Kotecki (Teresa), Carol Frucci (Tony) and Paul Kotecki. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.
