Murphy in Muskegon, Michigan, born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, who passed away on January 22, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Eggleston and Betsy Eggleston (Eaton); her brother Donald Eggleston (Norine); and her niece Carol Anderson (Frank). She is survived by: her son Richard Murphy (Maureen McKenzie); her niece Bette Eggleston; her great-nephew Donald Anderson (Cammie); and her great-niece Rebecca Dickerson (Michael). She is also survived by four great-grandnieces/nephews.
