She was predeceased by: her parents, Elias Gerber and Rose Gerber (Schwartz); her husband Richard W. "Dick" Paxson; and her siblings, Lucille Clark, Wendell, Robert and Victor Gerber.
She is survived by: her significant other Chestnut Fields; her children, Gwen Fosse (Brian) of North Muskegon and Rick Paxson (Paul Jermann) of San Francisco, California; her grandchildren, Vanessa McCamant (Matt), Hilary Marine (Derek), Chelsea Fosse (Alex Fisher) and Ben Dyer; her great grandchildren, Audrey, Kristen, Cullen, Isabelle Marine, Eli, Cal McCamant and Quinn Paxson Fisher; her brothers, Vernon Gerber and Tillman Gerber (Betty); and her sisters-in-law, Evelyn and Julia Gerber. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
