It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arturo Ochoa of Muskegon, Michigan, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on October 9, 2020, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Encarnacion Ochoa and Amelia Ochoa Barragan; and his wife Olivia Ochoa.
