He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Cisler, and Basteanna Cisler, Sr. (Vanderstelt); and his sister Carolyn Sidock. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Cisler; his children, Mark Cisler, Todd Cisler (Lisa) and Lisa Busch (James); his stepchildren, Jason Hylland, Kathryn Wisser and Kristina Reesman (Adam); and his sisters, Jean Cisler and Cheryl Cisler. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
