He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerritt Kieft and May Kieft (McMillan); his wife Louella Tierman; his son David Kieft; and his brothers, Harvey Kieft, Ronald Kieft, Ray Kieft and Gordon Kieft.
He is survived by: his children, Barbara Robinson (Richard), Charlene Fairfield (Daniel), Dale Kieft (Diana), Carla Kieft, Joni Carroll (Keven) and Pamela Johnson (Michael). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren.
