He was predeceased by: his grandmother Debra Hoffman. He is survived by: his parents, Kerri Hoffman and Aric Cotton; his parents-in-law, Eddie, Anna Cruz and Jasmine Cruz; his children, Giovanni and Raelynn; his siblings, Javin, Jordon, Keith, Nate, Chyler, Arielle and Arica; his uncle Jeff Hoffman; and his brothers, Tavin, Cam, Justin and Cody. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins.
