She was predeceased by: her daughter Nikole "Kola"; her husband Christopher; and her stepmother Debra Levandowski. She is survived by: her parents, Michael Levandowski and Joyce Levandowski (Rabe); her son Joseph "Joey" Terryn; her parents-in-law, Ray and Barb Terryn; her siblings, Sarah Peklar (Mike), Amy Gongalski (John), Jeni Silberman, Helena Chronister (Chris) and Mikey Levandowski; and her sister-in-law Pam Hunt (Mike). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
