He was predeceased by: his son Timothy Robert; and his siblings, Jean Brazee and Bob Blackmer. He is survived by: his spouse Marilyn F. Leonard; his children, Michael Blackmer (Sandra), Karen VanderKooi (Darrell) and Chris Blackmer; and his grandchildren, Wayne Olson, Joe Blackmer, Kevin Blackmer (Melissa), Steven Blackmer (Alissa), Lisa Corcoran (Brian), Christopher Blackmer, Zach Chase and Samantha Chase. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contribution may be made to Harbor Hospice Foundation.
