He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Zintek and Daniella Zintek; his sister Susan Zintek; and his brother-in-law Roger Botbyl. He is survived by: his son Andrew Zintek; his siblings, Marion Botbyl-Kulwich (Jerry), Richard Zintek and Shirley Karle (Don); and his son Leslie Martell.

MEMORIAL: In lieu of flowers, please consider giving to Hospice of North Ottawa.
