He was predeceased by: his parents, John Harwood and Millie Harwood (Borger); his daughter Carol Collis; and his son-in-law Ron Scarbrough. He is survived by: his spouse Dolores M. Nelson; his children, Eleanor Minzey (Larry), Betty Scarbrough, Andrea Larson (Ernest), Richard Harwood (Becky) and Millie Rowe (Brian, Sr.); and his son-in-law Bob Collis. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; many nieces and nephews.
