He was predeceased by: his mother Candace Cole (Denhof); and his grandparents, Sherman, Mary Ann Denhof, Leslie and Alice Cole.
He is survived by: his father Paul Cole; his children, Kiera, Lincoln and Rowan; and his siblings, Kristoffer Cole (Rebekah), Holly Michelli (Michael), Patrick Cole (Rob) and Nicolas Cole (Erin). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Instead of flowers, contributions are asked to be given in Andrew's memory made out to "Andrew F. Cole Estate" to be used for kid's future education expenses.
