She is survived by: her parents, Jeffrey Derks and Pamela Derks (Flintoff); her siblings, Ashley Schoonmaker (Darmon) and Zachary Derks (Katie); her grandparents, Ruth Flintoff, Sandy Derks and Donald Wentzlof; her nieces, Hadley Derks and Alexis Schoonmaker; and her nephew Trac Schoonmaker.
