He is survived by: his children, Anna Kovalcik (Frank) and Alfred Carrillo (Lindsey); his grandchildren, Alyssa, Tevin, Jake, Trent, Amber, Amila and Javier; his great grandchildren, Otto, Aisley and Micah; and his siblings, Leonard, Elmer, Adrian, Dena, Nancy, Mary, Adelina, Tomas, Renee, Ben, Gary, Donald and Kat. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
