He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert "Bob" Picard and Jeannie Picard; his siblings-in-law, Phillip Smith, John Rumer, Judy Tucker and Bryle Tucker; and his pets, Pooh, Libby and Boca.
He is survived by: his wife Roxanne Picard; his children, Yvette Marie Roberson (Larry), Robert Alan Picard and Melisa Amber Smith (Bubba); his grandchildren, James Erwin (Jessica), Janie Richards (Jamie), Megan Sawicki (Adam), Christine Kessler (Steven), Jacob Roberson (Carmen), Shawnee Picard, Cheyenne Picard, Dylan Stitch, Raven Picard, Kaitlyn Smith, Bethaney Gallagher (Timothy), Casidie Gallagher (Brandon), Baileigh Smith, Kyndal Smith, Briley Smith, Cooper Smith, Blakely Smith, Caraleigh Smith, Brantley Smith and Caleb Smith; his great grandchildren, Cadence, Jacelynn, Chanson, Emma, Parker, Aria, Ally, Jasmine, Jett, Serenity, Loyalty, Hayes, Waylon, Charles, Korie, Robyn, Greyson, Cameron and Kinsleigh; his close friends, Brown, Sammie, Chantilly and Buttercup "Butters"; his siblings, Jeanne Smith, Wink O'Brien (Tom), Peggy Rumer, Mary Novak (Rick) and Shelly Mast; and his siblings-in-law, Linda Bowman (Bob), Kerry Bathe (Patty), Barbara Lugten, Karla Johnson (Al) and Carolae Rusin (Walt).
