He is survived by: his wife Barbara Kaiser; his children, Michael Velazquez (Benedicta), Timothy Velazquez, Susie Neiser (Robert), Karen Howard (David) and Judy Velazquez; his grandchildren, Aireal, Branden (Jocelyn), Brian and Monica (Zachary); his great grandchildren, Hailey, Lyla, Jackson, Emory, Cesear, Anna, Aiden, Jade, Gaebriel, Everly, Elora, Elias, Ava, Alayna, Jocelyn, Jacquelyn, Jayden and Joseph; his siblings, Elba Jimenez (Eddie), Luz "Esther" Velazquez, Norma Truillo (Carlos), Migdalia "Tata" Velazquez, Angel Luis Velazquez (Ana), Fredando Vazquez Soto, Miguel Vazquez Soto (Stephanie), Pascual Vazquez Soto (Robin), Juango Vazquez Soto (Isabell) and Jose A.
