She was predeceased by: her sister Addie Neal; her parents, King David (K. D.) and Kattie B. Townsell; her former husband Willie Johnson; and her granddaughter Ajanae Ivy-Brown.
She is survived by: her children, William, Rolando (Latrese), Duane Johnson (Shundrice) of Texas, David Johnson (Rose) and Terees Williams (Torrance) of Muskegon, MI; and her brother Jim Clark. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren.
