She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Witkowski and Agnes Witkowski (Zelinski); her husband Joseph Horvath; and her siblings, Marian Reich (Melvin), Theodore Witkowski (Terry), Richard Witkowski (Jackie) and Robert Witkowski.
She is survived by: her children, William Horvath (Molli) and Nancy Quintero (Mike); her grandchildren, Stephanie Maldonado (Tony), Miguel Quintero (Katherine), William Quintero (Jelitza), Chelsea Horvath and Christopher Horvath; and her great grandchildren, Lauren, Cruz, Vicente, Miguel, Olivia and Salem.
