He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Sam Jarrell and Della Jarrell (Hughes); his wife Penny; his children, Dennis Jarrell (Rox Ann), Jeffrey Jarrell (Rita) and Judy Boomer (Phillip); his stepson Mark Kelley (Emily); his pet Buster; and his former wife Donna Jarrell (Broesamle). He was also cherished by 7 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
