He was predeceased by: his wife Letha Ousley. He is survived by: his parents, Hargus Ousley and Alice Ousley (Shepard); his children, Rick Ousley (Vicki) of Munith and Ronald Ousley of Munith; his sibling Earl Ousley (Nancy) of Prestonsburg, KY; his grandchildren, Kegan Ousley (Damian Azofeifa), Kasey Ousley (Kim), Dina Hackworth and Dale Moffat (Joline); his great grandchildren, Colten, Riley, Kalianna, Kiaira, Kyla, Rachel, Jordan, Luke and Adalyn; and his former wife Dora Mae Cappelo.
